The Upkeeper is a customized facial for routine skin health that centers around a hydrofacial, extractions, and deep cleaning. The Devotee is particularly good for targeting texture—it is a regenerative, collagen-stimulating treatment using nanoneedling and topical exosomes.
-
The Devotee uses nanoneedling to drive exosomes into the skin, boosting collagen and cell renewal. It's non-invasive, low-downtime, and ideal for sensitive skin.
-
4–6 sessions are recommended for optimal results.
-
Topical (Devotee) treats surface texture and tone. Injected exosomes target deeper concerns like volume loss or scarring, with higher cost, higher pain level, and more downtime.
-
A bespoke facial balancing and rejuvenation protocol using wrinkle relaxers, skin botox, RF tightening laser, and collagen/fat boosters to lift, firm, and smooth.
-
Pricing varies based on your facial anatomy and goals. Many clients are seen for 2+ sessions, and sessions have a range of cost based on the treatment plan you and your provider develop together—individual sessions can be as low as $600, but as high as $2500. Medical consultations are a $150 nonrefundable fee, and pricing for an Idealist treatment plan can be discussed during the consultation. We charge for consultations because we are still a small operation, and need to charge in order to cover costs for our providers’ valuable time.
-
Yes. Consultations are required. Many treatments, like injectables, can be performed same day, but not all. Oligio laser is not performed same-day.

For skin treatments (Upkeeper or Devotee):

Avoid blood-thinning medications/supplements for 3–5 days prior, if approved by your doctor:
Aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen

Limit alcohol intake for 24 hours prior as it can increase the risk of bruising.
To help reduce bruising:
Start taking Arnica supplements or apply arnica cream topically 2–3 days before treatment.
Eat fresh pineapple
Radio-frequency skin tightening laser (Oligio):
Avoid heat exposure for at least 48 hours prior, including: Hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis
Minimize sun exposure for 1 week before treatment. Use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ if outdoors.
Do not apply self-tanners or have sunburn on the treatment area.
Wear loose fitting clothing to the appointment as a grounding pad will be applied to your back

The Upkeeper has no downtime. The Devotee requires 24 hours without washing, makeup, sweating, or sun exposure.
After your Idealist treatment, we recommend giving your skin a full 24 hours of rest. During this time, please avoid strenuous activity, washing your face with cold water, or drinking cold beverages (Oligio). Keeping the skin warm helps your treatment work at its best. Your comfort and results are our top priority.
-
3–7 days in advance is ideal. For weddings, we often work with clients months prior.

For facials and skin maintenance: every 4–6 weeks. For faster results, or event prep: our Upkeeper can be done every 2 weeks. For Idealist: every 3-4 months.
