Saelo Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To best serve all of our clients and providers, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, are subject to a $120 fee. This applies to all services and appointment types.

Late cancellation & no-show fee: $120
